Doch das weit verbreitete Bakterium kann auch eine Reihe weiterer Erkrankungen hervorrufen \u2013 m\u00f6glicherweise auch Parkinson.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Mehrere klinische Studien legen nahe, dass das Bakterium, mit dem mehr als die H\u00e4lfte der Weltbev\u00f6lkerung infiziert ist, die Nervenkrankheit Parkinson beg\u00fcnstigen kann. So konnte das Team um Professor Dr. David J. McGee vom LSU Health Sciences Center in Shreveport gleich vier Zusammenh\u00e4nge zwischen <em>Helicobacter<\/em>-Infektionen und Parkinson-Erkrankungen herstellen (<a href=\"https:\/\/content.iospress.com\/articles\/journal-of-parkinsons-disease\/jpd181327\">Quelle<\/a>):[\/vc_column_text][mk_custom_list style=&#8220;mk-moon-circle-small&#8220;]\n<ul>\n<li>Parkinson-Patienten haben ein bis zu dreifach h\u00f6heres Risiko, mit <em>H. pylori<\/em> infiziert zu sein, als gesunde Vergleichspersonen.<\/li>\n<li>Parkinson-Patienten, die mit <em>H. pylori<\/em> infiziert sind, verf\u00fcgen \u00fcber schlechtere motorische F\u00e4higkeiten als nicht-infizierte Parkinson-Patienten.<\/li>\n<li>Eine Eradikation von <em>H. pylori<\/em> verbessert die motorischen F\u00e4higkeiten von Parkinson-Patienten.<\/li>\n<li>Eine Eradikation von <em>H. pylori<\/em> verbessert die Absorption des Parkinson-Medikaments Levodopa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[\/mk_custom_list][vc_column_text css=&#8220;.vc_custom_1583159247350{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}&#8220;]Der genaue Prozess, der zur Entstehung einer Parkinson-Erkrankung f\u00fchrt, ist noch nicht eindeutig gekl\u00e4rt. Tats\u00e4chlich k\u00f6nnten mehrere Aspekte eine Rolle spielen: vom Bakterium produzierte Giftstoffe, eine St\u00f6rung des Mikrobioms, eine Ausdehnung der Entz\u00fcndung bis ins Nervengewebe sowie die Beeinflussung der Pharmakokinetik von Parkinson-Patienten durch das Bakterium. Der letzte Punkt ist f\u00fcr die Parkinson-Therapie von besonderem Interesse: Dort wird zum Ersatz von Dopamin das Medikament L-dopa (Levodopa) eingesetzt, um die motorischen Fluktuationen und die St\u00f6rungen der Impulskontrolle zu behandeln. Es hat sich gezeigt, dass der Bedarf an Levodopa-Medikation bei einer <em>Helicobacter pylori<\/em>-Infektion h\u00f6her ist als bei Parkinson-Patienten, bei denen keine <em>Helicobacter<\/em>-Infektion vorliegt: Levodopa schl\u00e4gt bei Patienten mit <em>Helicobacter<\/em>-Infektion schlechter an. Zudem ist bei einer <em>Helicobacter<\/em>-Infektion der Wirkzeitraum von Levodopa verk\u00fcrzt und die Wirkung setzt versp\u00e4tet ein. Der Grund: Levodopa dient dem Bakterium als N\u00e4hrstoff.<\/p>\n<p>Bei Parkinson-Patienten, die schlecht auf die Levodopa-Therapie ansprechen, empfiehlt es sich daher, auf eine m\u00f6gliche <em>Helicobacter<\/em>-Infektion zu testen und das Bakterium gegebenenfalls zu eradizieren.[\/vc_column_text][vc_cta h2=&#8220;Helicobacter-Infektionen erkennen&#8220; shape=&#8220;square&#8220; style=&#8220;flat&#8220;]Eine Infektion mit H. pylori kann zuverl\u00e4ssig mit dem immunchromatographischen Schnelltest <a href=\"https:\/\/clinical.r-biopharm.com\/de\/produkte\/ridaquick-helicobacter\/\">RIDA\u00aeQUICK Helicobacter<\/a> oder dem ELISA-Test <a href=\"https:\/\/clinical.r-biopharm.com\/de\/produkte\/ridascreenhelicobacter\/\">RIDASCREEN\u00ae Helicobacter<\/a> nachgewiesen werden. Bei beiden Testsystemen erfolgt die Antigendiagnostik \u00fcber Stuhlproben.
