Intended use:
RIDA qLine® Soft is a software for analysis of the optical density of a biochemical reaction measured by a scanner compared to the measured optical density of the background of the sample.
General information:
RIDA qLine® Allergy is a quantitative lineblot system for the determination of specific IgE antibodies for up to 20 allergens on a nitrocellulose membrane in the context of in vitro allergy diagnostics. The system consists of the RIDA qLine® Allergy membranes and the associated RIDA qLine® Soft program.
The program allows both manual entry and importing of requests from external computer systems, which can then be combined in worklists.
The developed strips are measured in a 3D flatbed scanner that is verified and approved by R-Biopharm. With the help of a template, 2 strip holder with 10 membranes each can be measured within 30 seconds. The strips do not need to be removed from the strip holder, ensuring a safe and quick work process.
From the 5 standards that are on each membrane, the program creates a standard curve to evaluate the test results. The creation of the standard curve also serves as a function control at the same time. The validity criteria of the standard curve / function control are fulfilled if all 5 standards are visible and recognized by the software, the smallest standard reaches at least intensity 10 and the intensity of standard 1 is < standard 2 < standard 3 < standard 4 < standard 5.
After measuring, the results can be printed, saved as a PDF file or returned to the lab computer online.
This makes RIDA qLine® Soft a comprehensive program for the evaluation of scanned or photographed intensity of coloration of biochemical reactions in comparison to the background of the membrane.
