Vector-borne infections, transmitted by organisms such as mosquitoes, ticks, and fleas, pose significant global health threats. From malaria to dengue fever, these diseases affect millions of people worldwide, particularly in tropical and subtropical regions.  In recent years, other regions such as Europe or the US have seen an emergence of vector-borne infections, previously considered tropical diseases. Climate change and increasing global travel are contributing factors to the spread of these diseases into new regions, posing challenges for public health authorities.
